I saw Lynch posted this in the command line post...but thought I'd create a seperate post here for it.

BashBurn is the new name for the cd burning shell script Magma. Since there already was a project called Magma out there the name change was essential.
NEWS:
040130:
A small bugfix for you all. If you encounter problems with starting BashBurn, edit the Install.sh and BashBurn.sh files, and delete the top line that says: # The following line might...
A Bash script must start with #!/bin/bash, so this comment at the top might screw up things in some situations. If you are not having any problems (Like me) then just disregard this note. This fix will be included in the next release. Also I forgot to update the changelog which is done now.

040129:

BashBurn 1.4 alpha2 is out. More fixes and features. Try it out so we can squash as many bugs as possible before the 1.4 release.
040118:

Thanks to ziL BashBurn now has a nice little logo at the top of this page. Also, BashBurn 1.4 alpha1 is released. New features and some fixes. Try it out and report all bugs to me.
040115:

For your information, BashBurn 1.4 is under development. So far some more fixes regading handling of audio files, a small typo fix in the configure script (An IDE burner is supposed to be entered as /dev/hdX not just hdX) and preliminary flac file support. Don't be afraid to send in those feature requests.

Not to crap the thread, but didja ever notice how politely the OpenSource developers are? Changing project names without making a federal case, imagine that!
Anyways, will look at that script, sometimes need a quick burn and this might do it for me. Thanks for reposting.

Sick of all those fancy CD-burning apps not working for you? You need something that just gets the work done? Welcome to BashBurn - It just works!

BashBurn is the new name for the cd burning shell script Magma. It's not the best looking CD-burning application out there, but it does what you want it to do. (And if not then you probably didn't want to do it anyway)

Updated to version 1.5

NEWS:
050115:

BashBurn 1.5.2.1 is released. Added the polish translation and fixed a major bug in the installation script. If you ever got an error about lang directories not existing after installing 1.5.x, get this version where it is fixed. (I hope...)
