I've used this site for quite a while, and its (IMHO) the best Linux game site around.

A lot of developer's hang out there as well, such as grumbel (who wrote pingus and windstille and others) and many more. It does have a forum, which is great for getting information on games in development, or general chat. It won't make you leave here though, as it's mostly centred on the gaming side.
It has a directory of pretty much every Linux game you'll find (I've yet to find one which wasn't listed) with synopsis' etc.
Nice resource if you're into that.
