freedb connection trouble

I'm having trouble connecting to the freedb server. Since I upgraded guarddog and re-wrote my firewall rules a few days ago, I doublechecked to make sure the port is open and it is. I've been using uk.freedb.org and wondered which one the rest of you used.

It's working now...maybe the servers were down. I tried several mirrors the day I couldn't connect.
