Good media player (or codecs) for Red vs. Blue

I am addicted to a certain series of web movies which can be found at http://www.redvsblue.com (Note: there is some foul language) but the new episodes dont seem to open up under xine or totem (yes i have downloaded divx) , is there any media player or codecs that I could get that would allow me to watch them again?

try mplayer and the win32 codecs.
