Problems installing bluefish

I have several problems installing bluefish:

It says that i need gtk and glib libraries but I can install both so what can I do?

What version of Linux are you running? Most distros come with Bluefish and installing it from the package manager would usually take care of those dependencies.
As a general rule, I always install all the development stuff during OS installation and that seems to cover 99% of these problems.
