My new computer hardware comes in this week, including my new eVGA GeForce 6800GT (bundled with DOOM III), so I shall be enjoying some yummy Linux gaming goodness by the middle of next week at the latest.

which owns my 5200 which still gets very good frame rates on onslaught.

It was good when i got it and it still gets like 30-40 fps in ons-dria (in ut2004)

well when schleyfox came to my first lan party he had like the best computer there. my old box got about 6fps in UT2004 lol

6 fps?

That's kind of like watching all the players doing some "pop and lock". If you had some appropriate music going at the time, that would have been cool to see.

no not really it was almost unplayable, well i actually got like 25-30fps on small like deathmatch and CTF maps but onslaught was really bad

Schleyfox, the 5200 was owned even by the older Geforce4's when it came out. Barely any better than a MX.
In fact, most of the FX series sucked until the >5900 cards.
