I use grip to rip and encode MP3s. I load a CD and select all tracks. It goes through the motions, but I get an empty directory. I rip and encode one track selection at a time, no problems. I use bladeenc.

Ideas?

Very weird, try selecting 2 songs. Check dev notes. I've used the program without problems. Make sure you have the current version.

Check the lines where you can do changes to the ripping (the config section) .... it may be putting them somewhere else.... Smile .mp3 or .bladeenc (or something really strange) in your home directory. If it's going through the motions...... then it probably put it somewhere Smile

been there, done that. it creates the artist directory, the album sub-directory, and nothing else.

I like Metallica, too. I've also liked every Tool song that I've heard.

But, I won't pay for them, since I'd just be funding the RIAA.

(For that matter, should I not listen to the radio?)
How do they get a count for # of people listening, anyway?
