OOo Label Templates is a collection of blank label templates for
Openoffice.org Writer. It includes CD, DVD, mailing, address, disk, and
many other types in a5 and US letter size. Templates will work with
Openoffice.org installed on Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, Mac OS X, and
Windows. Import graphics and insert text boxes to create labels. Templates
can be saved as user templates for mail merge. Set up is fast, and printing
labels from these templates is easy. The project entails refining the
templates to make them more user friendly, developing a package of
templates for Draw, and mail merge solutions for Base involving MYSQL and
Crystal Reports applications.

Nice Smile

I know OOo includes alot of templates anymore for common labels, but the cd and dvd labels are a big plus ! Smile I know you can also create your own templates but that is very time consuming.

Thanks.

Hi

Thank you for posting about our label templates. We appreciate it. The drawback with the common sizes in OOo is that if you do not know the product code it becomes a guessing game as to which size one needs. Also, the wizard is very difficult for the average user to create a label template with.

Thank you again

I like the labels, not real hip on the website though......

Made with "MSHTML" , that's shows in the source code..... I had a thought that might be the case. Below is a link to an snapshot on my system when browsing with FireFox. The whole left side of text is cut off by the nav bar.

This seems to be mostly an issue with the main page. Visual search of templates looks ok. I haven't tried the .doc format labels from there .... but I will. Wink
