Fortan or Fortran? Wink The title is incorrect. How about GNU Emacs? Might not be your idea of an IDE but I'd be willing to bet that you can get indentation, colorization, etc.

It looks like Sun Studio 12 can do the job, too. It is available both as a free download and you can also purchase physical copies of media and documentation if needed for any reason.
