As far as I know, there are no binary distributions of the Google Chrome browser, but it is now possible to build your own. Their home platform for the work is a Ubuntu 8.04 system, so they suggest that might present the best opportunity for success early on, but they do intend to get it to work across Linux system in general, and it may already do so.
