As known, it is a little difficult to tether your AT&T blackberry bold 9000 with linux Notebook. But it is easy to do this with one software called Barry. Whcih is an open source application that not only allows you to tether your BlackBerry to your Linux notebook, but also provides synchronization, backup and restore and program management options.AT&T Blcakberry Bold info

Here’s a full list of Barry’s services:
* charge your Blackberry’s battery from your USB port
* retrieve Address Book, Email, Calendar, Service Book, Memos, Tasks, PIN Messages, Saved Email, and Folders
* export Address Book contacts in text or LDAP LDIF format
* make full data backups and restores of your device using a GUI
* synchronize contacts and calendar items using the OpenSync framework

Does it work with all carriers BB's, or just AT&T?

How is AT&T? Just kidding Laughing

I think it works with all unlocked Blackberries. Unlocked Cellphomes are Phones how are not branded to a provieder.

I always get clean vanilla unlocked phones Wink

I am not sure of it works with ATT or T-Mobile branded phones.
