Thank's Germ, it will take me some time to get it up. Maybe I have to change the distrobution too. If openSUSE is running on my new laptop with any problems, I will use openSUSE. I am more familer with it the Fedora or anothers.

where can I get this icons?

that doesn't look like a single icon-set to me (but it may be)

I'd suggest:

1) deciding what apps you want in the dock
2) what icons would best represent those to you and match your desktop theme
3) download those icons
4) fire up cairo-dock and right-click to configure it (add/remove apps)
5) right-click apps with default icons to change icons

it's a pretty simple application to configure and use TBH and the info's all at the cairo-wiki link posted above

Doesn't take long at all. First time I installed it took 15 minutes to get up and configured the way I wanted. Not how you wanna use it, I just use it as a pretty looking launcher, I don't use any of the other features of it. I also use auto-hiding so that it's not always there.
