I am not quite sure what its the problem, my other guest the dont have the problem like I do they use Windows, and I use Linux.
I am losing network bandwidth and I am quite frankly I am not sure why, I don't have allot memory 495.6Mib But I clean my PC every few days "BleachBit"
Date.......CPU..........Network Receiving...........Sending
Oct/08.....12%.........313.5Mib.........................10.5Mib
Oct/12......47%.........0.0 Mib...........................0.0 Mib ..... ( I have Internet)
I have read some where on the magazine Network receiving suppose to be higher.
so how can I fix this issue please i am having allot problems, u use cable from Comcast
I am not quite sure what Information you might need from me to give.

hmmmmm cpu 47% ????? really ??????
Open a terminal windows and type
top
then hit CTRL+C and paste the results here....... i'm interested in why your cpu is hitting 47%.

guessing it's a glitch in firefox, try using opera, or perhaps tweak firefox with some different settings.
Do a search on the forums for "speed up firefox", that might help.

add to /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf (or the appropraite distro specific translation)

that should cause a significant increase in speed.

I have try this........... before an my network still drop
Howto: Tweak and maximize your bandwidth in Ubuntu/Linux via sysctl!
Here I will unleash a few hidden settings that should improve your internet speed, and work with all current linux operating systems including Ubuntu:

Save and exit.
Type in terminal
to apply the settings.
You can disable all these settings by removing these lines you added via:
