MailManager helps you improve your organisation's email customer service and cope with increasing volumes of email. MailManager helps teams deal with large volumes of email by allocating mail to the right person, providing tools to help answer it (prioritisation, reply templates, and a knowledge base), and allowing managers to set service levels for different types of mail and report on performance against service levels and volumes received.
Find out how fast you are dealing with email and make sure all emails get a response. View a complete history of each customer's correspondance.
MailManager is based on Zope which is required to use it. It is cross-platform, but most of the testing has been under Linux and Mac OS X and it works alongside your existing email software.

New Release: MailManager 2.0.4 (Stable)
This release prevents multiple users from replying to the same
ticket by accident, fixes the filtering system, sets the content type
correctly on downloaded attachments, and sets sql_charset in the
MailManager object on migration.

New Release: MailManager 2.0.10 (Stable)
Changes: A security issue concerning a Postgres encoding security hole was
fixed. The code in version 2.0.9 and previous releases may be vulnerable to
this issue, depending on your postgres configuration. The exploit may allow
an attacker to alter data in the SQL database and gain access to the Web
interface as an administrator. You are strongly advised to upgrade.

New Release: MailManager 2.1-RC4 (Development)
Changes: This release contains an important security fix to address a
recent vulnerability in PostgreSQL. This issue does not affect
installations using a MySQL backend. The user interface has has a lot of
improvements, particularly for users of Internet Explorer. There are
several Unicode fixes. The loop detection code has been improved, so one
MailManager can email another MailManager. Many more minor issues have
been addressed.
