While most of us probably use the GIMP for photo editing, thought this at least is interesting. Adobe has designed Photoshop Express for free online use. Nothing like the real photoshop (or GIMP), very basic functionality only, and as one expects, fairly sluggish, but still...

Have you looked at the Terms of Use? They make a solid grab for the rights on your images there:
There was some buzz about that on german news sites in the last two days.
