I am currently downloading/seeding my format in flac, via bittorrent  legally...

Like it or not.... It IS cool that they used Creative Commons license.
That does make it very noteworthy. Has any other bigger artist did the same before ?

| Radiohead did the same thing, but I'm not sure about the license. I also never downloaded it to check out if it was any good. Haven't gotten around to listening to the NiN yet.

It's certainly not everyone tastes, but its definitely good music...
That said, I was somewhat disappointed compared to Trent's previous work. I'm not sure if releasing it for free has made him lose a bit of his obsessive compulsiveness or not.
Every one album of his tends to have a different style though. (I'm not sure if its quite right to call it an album, its more of an EP)
