Large online marketing firm is seeking a Systems Admintrator to be part of their systems and networking group responsible for the day to day management of multiple data centers and networks such as system and capacity planning, expansion, deployment of new systems and networks, storage subsystem management, and other related tasks. Great opportunities to be involved in new developments in system administration, networking, security, and open source software.
REQUIREMENTS
-BS degree or equivalent experience
-Strong experience and interest in Linux (Debian, RedHat, SuSE, Fedora, Ubuntu, or Gentoo, etc) administration, configuration, and security
-Strong knowledge of network protocols
-Knowledge of networking equipment and Linux networking tools
-Basic understanding of programming: perl, shell, or C/C++
-Understanding of mid to large scale system deployment
-Knowledge of configuration management techniques or systems
-Understanding of security and intrusion detection systems
SALARY: $105K + Bonus, Annual
