JDownloader File on ZIP

can you please help me how to install this program on my Linux, please?
I have downloaded from rapidshare and the file was downloaded on .ZIP

and i am not quite sure how to install this program, like .DEB

A quick google search for "ubuntu jdownloader" reveals the following hit providing a very clear set of instructions for setting up jdownloader under ubuntu: http://ubuntudoitall.blogspot.com/2009/03/jdownloader-for-rapidshare-and-more.html

I have download Jdownloader but I dont know where it go, i did some search on files and I dint fin it.
do you have any idea where the program GO?
