Just installed it on my test laptop on Debian Squeeze (wow, what a shocker for the OS, huh?). Actually working VERY well!! I'm going to have to try out my mobile broadband card to see if I can get that correctly configured in nm, but if so, I might just move back to this on all my laptops, since that would allow me to finally be free of 2 different programs to manage my connections (wicd & kppp). Still not as good of a manager overall as wicd (doesn't connect until you actually login, unlike wicd that connects if one of the configured connections is in range during boot), but the simplicity of a 1-stop shot for everything network management would be worth that for me. Will have to continue testing this to see if it really does work as well as it seems to be..
