Does ClamTK and F-Prot are available for Linux, which can be used to scan a mounted Windows partition - but how about spyware?
I know there aren't any native apps (because i having doing allot searching), and if there were they'd be useless for Windows, but I'm sure you could get SpySweeper/Ad-Aware/SpyBot/HiJackThis/CWShredderrunning under Wine?

If i do can somebody let me know please?

ClamTK is the GUI (Graphical User Interface) GTK based for ClamAV. There is also another GUI called KlamAV what is QT based.

ClamAV is a commend line virus scanner what normally running with the freshclam daemon.

Here is a study guide for you

Check the Utilities in the System Administration and Security > Utilities and tools

There are several that will scan an NTFS partition with virus software.
And other partition checks

lol, call me a skeptic but I've never been much for auto updaters. Someone uploads an infected version now you auto download and install the infected version, lol. Might be over leary but I never let a program tell me when to update my puter or patches.

With any other distro than ubuntu i would agree with you (esp. anything for aur.archlinux.org)

but Ubuntu is super conservative, and based on the conservative debian.... the odds of malware getting into the official repos is pretty damn small.
