New Release: GCompris 7.4

A new menu system was added. A new magic hat activity was added.
A memory-like activity was added, but is based on mathematics, so a 2+2
card matches the 4 card. A command line switch was added to disable the
exit and config buttons. Voices for Dutch were added. A fix was made for
Clock refresh in the time window. The internal help was changed to use a
GTK textview with a scrollbar. Erase has 10 sublevels to let small
children play longer. Sudoku has a new level 5x5 with numbers.
